Barry is a Co Founder of multiple award winning recruitment brands including Propel Consult and Rent a Recruiter. Barry has 20 years industry experience and has managed teams across the UK, Ireland and Middle East delivering recruitment solutions to an international client base. He holds a degree in International Business from Trinity College Dublin, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Smurfit School of Business, University College Dublin and, in recognition of service to his profession, is a Fellow of the Employment & Recruitment Federation (ERF). Barry sits on the Board/Steering Group for, MentorsWork, the government backed upskilling initiative and is currently serving as Chair of the Dublin Regional Skills Forum.
