Dr. Ken Horan (IMR) has more than 20 years’ experience in research and product development, as a practitioner, leader and mentor. He has held roles as a start-up CTO, Director of high TRL research in Robotics and Automation, has overseen multiple multi-million-euro programs and has mentored & worked with dozens of companies from start-ups to multinationals on product & process. During his career he has been responsible for all aspects of technology innovation strategy, from roadmapping & delivery to IP management & exploitation. He is currently the Director of Technology Innovation & Entrepreneurship in IMR.
