Patricia, Director of Expleo Academy International, is a senior seasoned Education and Training Professional with over 30 years of experience across multiple sectors, managing and growing training businesses providing skills’ gap solutions for diverse client requirements including many global multi-nationals. Starting out many moons ago firstly as a technical instructor, she spent 18 years with Oracle, 10 of which as Head of Oracle University and she moved to Expleo in Ireland in 2009 as Head of Expleo Academy. The main challenges her clients are facing in 2024 are gaps in Leadership skills to future-proof their businesses and believe it or not another hot topic is S/4Hanna business transformation/implementation projects, both of which are keeping her team very busy. Patricia has experienced client skills challenges from all sides. She has an excellent global reputation as a trusted provider of relevant, up-to-date, best practice, quality training and advisory services to clients across the globe. Patricia is passionate about Education and Learning and sees a culture of implementing continual learning milestones, as the key to organisational success in this ever changing world. On a personal note, Patricia completed the Institute of Directors (IoD) Chartered Director Diploma in Leadership, Governance, Strategy and Finance, graduating in Nov 2023.
