KEVIN EMPEY has specialised in organisation development, leadership development and people strategy for over 25 years. Author of “Thrive in the Future of Work”, he is Managing Director of WorkMatters which supports organisations with their Future of Work strategies, change management and enablement programmes. A leading expert on the Future of Work, Kevin has won several national and international awards for his work in the areas of employment policy, social entrepreneurship, and Future of Work research. He is the Programme Director of the Senior Executive Programme at the Irish Management Institute and served as a member of the Labour Market Council during the financial crisis. Kevin was also the founder of Worklink, an internationally recognised not for profit, coaching and mentoring organisation set up to help unemployed jobseekers into full time employment and was named on the HR Most Influential Thinkers list in 2022
