iEd is a Life Science Enterprise education and knowledge hub led by University College Cork with Munster Technological University, enterprise stakeholders, and industry partners. Founded in 2021 and supported by the Higher Education Authority’s Human Capital Initiative (HCI Pillar 3), a novel, agile educational platform has been built to produce next generation staff for the Life Sciences industry sector in Ireland.

The iEd Hub bridges the gap between academia and industry, bringing industry experts together to design and deliver novel programmes and activities that meet and predict the changing needs of Irish (Bio)Pharma and MedTech enterprise both large and small.
